Plating thickness for lead-free HASL

Is there a typical plating thickness that we have to abide to for Lead Free HASL PCB for a large exposed area?

What will be the impact if the plating thickness is thicker or thinner than the recommended thickness?

While I cannot provide a specification, thicker would be better as the high tin content in the lead free solder will dissolve the plating during the soldering process.
