2014 is about to end soon and although this year South East Asia suffers a few major setbacks in the aviation industry and also natural disaster in certain parts of Malaysia, our economic remains resilient and stable. In Vitrox, our business in overseas is 85% hence this makes us cushion against the domestic drop in electronics manufacturing growth.
Vitrox a One Stop Machine Vision Company with "Best in Class" Inspection Equipment and Systems servicing back-end Semiconductor Test Industry and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) rides a very strong curve this year in the semiconductor backend inspection. Usually in the past years after the growth in semiconductor demand, EMS will catch the wave in approximately 3 months.
However in 2014, we see the wave delayed from 3 months to 9 months. So we see a strong demand now in 1st half of 2015 with a good surplus backlog awaiting shipment. With the right focus in the growing industry such as telecommunications, industrial and automotive, and the right products in inspection(3D AOI, 3D Automatic X Ray, 3D automatic Component vision& handler), Vitrox and its global agents shall continue to ride this strong wave coupled with an excellent return of investment for SJ-AOI and 5DX-AXI replacement market.
