In 2015, BTU will enter its 65th year in business. We are proud that our systems and technologies have enabled the industries that have changed our world. We pioneered the use of convection reflow in the 1990's. Today our reflow ovens are recognized as the benchmark for performance in the industry and have thousands of installations. Our equipment's thermal uniformity, continuous uptime and a superb field engineering team maximize customer throughput.

Moving forward, we maintain our commitment to continuously improving our products. Last year we introduced the Energy Pilot, allowing our customers to lower their operating costs by taking advantage of idle time. This innovative technology maintains oven performance while automatically adjusting electrical and gas usage. Some reflow ovens employ heavy insulation that diminishes the oven’s response to load in order to reduce energy usage, potentially damaging product yield.

In 2015, BTU will combine our global engineering strength with that of Amtech Systems. We remain staunchly committed to the solder reflow market and look forward to many more decades of partnership with our customers.
