The pace of assignment of new restrictions and regulations on chemicals is increasing. This impacts the electronics assembly market, with RoHS and REACH are two of the most important and relevant regulations. Customers are now more aware of REACH and RoHS and are actively asking for 'clean', REACH and RoHS compliant products.

Customers need products that meet regulatory requirements over long periods of time and that are not in danger of being obsoleted. Adhesives manufacturers must invest in knowledge and systems that support this need. Agility and speed towards these goals are competitive advantages.

ResinLab is equipped to meet these demands with agility and speed. We have systems and a depth of knowledge and expertise that meet or exceed customers' expectations. We presented a paper at SMTA in 2018 that demonstrates this expertise, "Proactive Formulation Strategies for Navigating Chemical Regulations".

We have reformulated many legacy formulations to meet regulatory requirements and will continue to do so in 2019. ResinLab's product development team develops new products with compliance in mind. We are more current on tracking and implementing emerging regulations than many of our competitors.
